Beth Golde has over 20 years experience in many aspects of real estate including brokerage, development, finance, and legal preparation for transactions. Upon graduating from the University of Colorado, Boulder, she worked in the real estate department of a prestigious law firm in Denver assisting the senior partner. She was then recruited to direct and head up the brokerage office for two luxury condominium projects in Vail, CO. Upon the successful completion and sale of the developments, Ms. Golde joined the executive team of the Vail Bank as a Senior Vice President, Business Development Director. There her primary focus was the financing of real estate transactions and she attended the University of Colorado Graduate School of Banking. After a successful initial public offering for the bank in 1999, Beth moved to Northern Westchester to participate as a managing member of a family owned residential real estate development and obtained her New York Real Estate Sales License. She joined Ginnel in 2005 and has become very well acquainted with the local market. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the New York State Association of Realtors and the Westchester-Putnam Board of Realtors.
Beth is an avid skier, cyclist, hiker and kayaker. She is also involved with several nonprofit organizations in the area including the Boys and Girls Clubs of Northern Westchester.
