About CATHY MIGDEN

Cathy started her career working as Assistant Marketing Director for Advance Tabco, an American stainless steel manufacturing company. She was responsible for establishing a nationwide representation network for non-traditional markets as well as maintaining budgeting and advertising commitments. Cathy continued her career on Long Island selling commercial warehouse space. Her expertise in market specific sales and transparent client communication has served her well in understanding both sides of a real estate transaction and successfully negotiating to the finish line.

A fortuitous move to Waccabuc, allowed her to transition both to her surroundings and careers as both a commercial and residential real estate salesperson in Westchester joining Ginnel in 2018. Cathy is knowledgeable and committed to all types of transaction and has a proven track record of marketing or sourcing a warehouse, a home or both.

Cathy’s four children have attended public, private and boarding schools. When not working, Cathy can be seen trail running, walking the dog or gardening. Cathy is the current Recording Secretary for the Bedford Hopp Ground Garden Club and also delivers for the local Meals on Wheels organization.

Cathy is a member of the Westchester Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the New York Association of Realtors and is licensed in both New York and Connecticut.
